Need Some Motivation?

Let's talk about motivation... Is there something going on in your life that motivates you constantly? Or maybe just something that is temporarily motivating until a certain goal is reached. That may not be going on in your life... But it is certainly happening in mine.
As you all might know I am in my second year of college, which means I should only have two years left until I'm done with school. Forever! Exciting right? Well, that in itself is motivating to me to be uber studious and stay on top of my assignments. There is something that has come up recently though that has added a ton of motivation to my life. STUDYING ABROAD IN IRELAND! Ummm yeah... If that's not motivation I don't know what is! Anyway... This is my newest goal and I am super excited and serious about working towards reaching it; even if that means studying my tail off until it happens. I have found there is a lot that comes to being extra studious actually! Hopefully studying over seas, yes, but also good grades and understanding the material is extremely beneficial. Who knew, right?!
In all seriousness, setting goals and going after them with everything you've got is quite rewarding, even if you don't get the exact results you were hoping for, you still got somewhere! This applies to much more than just school. You can apply this to every aspect of life as well, whether it be relationships, career goals, or simply just daily tasks. Setting goals, getting motivated, and achieving them feels great! Accomplishments make you unique so why not try and accomplish everything you put your mind to? (Unless it isn't God-glorifying or something crazy like that)
Which brings me to my next point, setting goals that bring glory to God and achieving them leaves your heart happy! And God's too, of course. As Christians we have easy and hard goals that can all be accomplished depending on how much effort we put into them. Christ died for us so we must live for Him... That's pretty motivating to me. So as I try to reach my goal of going to Ireland this summer, I challenge you to set a "worldly" goal like I have and a "Christian" goal. I will do it with you! "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" WE CAN DO THIS! If you've read this far and are accepting my challenge I also challenge you to leave a comment below to let me, and the other GLAM girls, how it is going or if you've achieved it! Or even if you need some accountability, we are here for you!
Good luck on your endeavors,
