Never Once.

Honesty?
Life is not easy.
It’s hard.
Really hard sometimes.

What makes it harder?
When you don’t understand what’s going on.
When you can’t see the future clearly.
When things don’t make sense.

What makes it easier?
Friends and family.
Ice cream.
God.

What does God have to do with?
“…Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  Joshua 1:9
“ For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
“The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.”  1 Thessalonians 5:24

I know this is a rather random, and different, blog, but it’s truly from the heart.  Life, sometimes, is hard.  Things do not make sense, they do not go the way you planned and you cannot see what God is doing. However, these are the times that God is working, even when we have no clue.  Hold fast to the promises above.  He will ALWAYS be with you.  He has plans to give you HOPE and a FUTURE.  He is FAITHFUL and He will do it.  Join me in holding fast to these things.  I’m ending with a song that we sang at church this past Sunday morning.  Wow…Just take a minute and listen to the words.  Remember, never once will we ever go through life alone…He is faithful.
