There Could Never Be A More Beautiful YOU.

So, I was driving in my car the other day and I was in need of a little encouragement. I don't know if you know this, but I have a lot of younger siblings. Six to be exact, and sometimes being a big sister is quite the challenge. I truly want to be the best role model I can be, but sometimes it is hard... especially when you have a freshman, fourteen year old, younger sister. For the most part we get along, but we have our fair share of arguments.

If I Won the Lottery...

What would I do if I won the lottery?  First of all, I would probably run around screaming like a maniac. Then, when I finally pull myself together, I would thank God and ask Him what He wants me to do with the money. This is a random topic, I know, but I was on the way to Nashville last weekend and I passed a billboard that had what the lottery is currently worth. It was something crazy like 8-10 million and 50 million. Why in the world would you need 50 million dollars?

"Pie Chart"

Sometimes you just have to do what you have to do and encourage yourself. This week I’ve been learning a lot about self motivation and encouragement. I’ve needed to learn these things for a while because neither is a strong suit of mine. Recently, I’ve decided to work from home more so I can spend more time with my child who is growing up WAY too fast. I refuse to miss a first of any sort, and I think that I will be glad that I have chosen to stay home. However, knowing that I struggle to self motivate, and have a real love/hate relationship with procrastination, this choice did not come without its hesitations and fears.
