So, a couple of days ago it was Mother's Day and Mer already blogged about that, but I wanted to talk to you about the sermon that was preached on Mother's Day at my church. The pastor of my church is a male and he generally always speaks, so to see his wife walk onto the stage was quite exciting.

Is there anything you are crazy passionate about? Anything that just sparks this fire in your heart just by the thought of it? Well that has happened to me... in a big way. God has put an uncontrollable passion for His people in my heart that I can hardly contain.

Over the past ten years of my life I have gone through a lot of phases. I’ve been a scene kid with pink hair, a tattoo, worn out chucks and an ear for screamo. I’ve been the t-shirt and jeans, laid back, sit by the lake kinda girl. I’ve been a pageant queen, with a closet full of sequins, big hair and fake eyelashes. Today I’m none of those things. In fact, I’m not exactly sure what I am anymore!
